Refund and Returns Policy – Sophia Education

We offer a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at admin@sophiaeducation.sg

2. Wait for approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number

3. Ship the item with RA number written on the package

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

We do not accept returns of:

• Opened or used products

• Digital downloads

• Gifted items
