Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund
We offer a 14-day full refund policy for unused products. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service at admin@sophiaeducation.sg. We will guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
Used or opened products, including workbooks or other educational materials, are not eligible for a refund.
